Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO) - Who Believed That You Can Live A Good Life Buying And Selling Penny Stocks? - Penny Stock Egghead
It may sound a little outrageous, but with the hottest craze of people getting in penny stock investing; some common people have been able to pocket serious cash on just one or two trades - buying stocks for pennies and selling them for real dollars.
Seems like a bit of fiction or the inner workings of a dream stock trading game, but don't think for a second that it's not taking place pretty much everyday. There are tons of corporations whose stock price had dropped to literally pennies per share and in some scenarios fractions of a penny per share, who've made very sharp and explosive rises to levels that are 2, 3 or as high as 10 to 20 times that price in just a few days.
Don't believe me? For substantiation, Take a quick second to check a few of these stocks your self, for instance Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc.. (SNPK). If you type in that ticker in to your preferred financial site, Take a look at their historical charts for the past 90 days or so; you'll notice right off that this company's stock was merely $.43 a share about the middle of March, then jumped as high as .40 just weeks after. Doesn't necessarily take a rocket scientist to see that if we'd invested 0 it would have increased to approximately 00 in just a couple of weeks time. For this very rationale people are generally in a position to quit their day jobs to trade 1 or 2 penny stocks a month, and pay all of their bills and enjoy life stress-free.
With just a little research and a little bit of keeping your ear to the ground, you can realize nice profits in penny stocks; and it's not your typical long term investment approach like when investing in blue chip type stocks. Stocks of the big guys might see a 5% increase in a week (and they'll call that a good week), but if you can commit 0 - getting would not make you jump for joy... best you can do with that kind of gain is go to a movie... by yourself!
Just as with almost every investment, even penny stock investing has risks, but think of this: if you're able to invest $500 in a penny stock and likely turn that small investment into thousands within weeks (and I don't mean 52 weeks) - the risk/reward ratio weighs hugely in your favor. Conversely, you could invest in nice "safe" blue chip companies and maybe see a gain of a couple hundred bucks a year.. that's if you don't invest in top of the line blue chips like Tyco, Enron or Adelphia...lol.
As a matter of fact, right now, we are looking a company named Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO). This stock has gone from being pretty much dormant to trading over a million shares last Thursday. The price was pretty stable all day Thursday, even with the heavy trading (staying at $.10 per share), but then on Friday -things started to improve ( the stock closed at $.135 or 13 1/2 cents per share in 1 day). As of this publishing, the stock is continuing to climb today (7/23/12) climbing to just under $.15 per share. What to take serious notice of with this company is it's fundamentals; a good team, good product mix and revenue!
